Controller –
New England Dealer Group.
We are a growing, high-performance automotive group committed to raising the standard in everything we do—operations, customer experience, and most importantly, our people. We believe in continuous improvement, accountability, and creating an environment where our teams can win and grow.
We are looking for a Controller who shares that mindset—someone who takes pride in excellence, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and refuses to settle for “good enough.”
What You’ll Do
  • Lead all financial operations across dealership(s), including:
    • Monthly financial statement preparation and analysis
    • Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
    • Oversight of accounting office processes and team development
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and internal controls are maintained at the highest level
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive profitability and operational performance
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices
  • Hold the team accountable to high standards while developing and mentoring staff
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous automotive dealership controller experience.

  • Strong understanding of dealership accounting and financial reporting

  • Proven leadership ability and team development skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and accountability
  • A self-starter mindset—someone who pushes to improve every day
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Why Us?

  • A fast-growing organization with multiple locations and expansion underway
  • A leadership team committed to investing in people, processes, and technology
  • An environment where performance is recognized and rewarded
  • The chance to be part of something bigger—a team determined to stand out in our industry and communities.

The Opportunity
This is more than just a Controller role—it’s an opportunity to be a key part of a leadership team that is actively shaping the future of our organization.
If you’re driven to lead, improve, and raise the bar—this is the place for you.
