The Controller is responsible for hands-on and overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance functions for a private equity-backed organization. This role plays a critical part in providing accurate and timely financial information to management, lenders, investors, and ownership while supporting strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and value-creation efforts. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical accounting expertise, experience in a fast-paced PE environment, and a continuous improvement mindset.
