Job description

Our client located in the Palm Desert area is a family-owned and operated company. As a brand and company, they are constantly growing and changing. They have been very successful and are continuing to grow in many areas.


Their site in the Palm Desert area is in need of a Controller. This position will have 2 direct reports and report to the CFO.


Looking for a hands-on, experienced Controller to lead the Accounting Department and partner closely with the CFO. This role manages financial reporting, accounting systems, department controls, payroll oversight, budgeting, and financial analysis across the organization.


We really need someone who is finance heavy and able to specifically manage AR/AP employees, month end closing procedures, and the NetSuite software integration as these represent the areas, we need the support of a seasoned controller.
