We're excited to add a Regional Controller to our growing Thrasher Partners team, a key leadership role supporting our continued expansion!
Thrasher Partners, alongside Supportworks and Thrasher Group, is a growing network of foundation and concrete repair contractors across the U.S., with 11 companies and 22 locations nationwide. As Regional Controller, you will lead financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance to ensure the integrity and accuracy of our financial information. You'll guide the accounting team and partner closely with the Vice President of Finance and the Regional Vice President to support strategic decision-making and drive the company's ongoing growth and development.
Location - This position is based in Omaha, NE and requires in-office presence as we deeply value the collaboration, innovation, and culture that stem from working together.

What You Will Do as a Regional Controller:
  • Oversee the month-end close process to provide accurate, responsive analysis and reporting of financial information
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies
  • Focus on driving efficiency and process improvement for accounting functions for the organization
  • Lead and support the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Develop and implement strong internal control system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the Accounting team and functions across the region.

What We're Looking for in the Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-location organization is preferred
  • Extensive experience in leading and managing month-end close procedures and process improvement
  • CPA is preferred, but not required
  • A strong communicator
  • The ability to travel when needed
