Essential Duties and Responsibilities
โ€ข Project Management & Execution: Overseethe execution of electrical construction projects from initiation tocompletion. Ensure projects adhere to the approved timeline, budget, and scope.Monitor job progress, adjust schedules, and manage project challenges tominimize delays. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and safety standards arebeing met.
โ€ข Team Leadership & Management: Supervise,mentor, and support Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams. Ensureproper resource allocation, including manpower, tools, and equipment forproject success. Develop and implement performance metrics for operationalstaff to ensure optimal productivity.

โ€ข Client Relationship Management: Serveas the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met. Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Addressand resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
