As Financial Controller, you’ll partner closely with senior finance leadership, oversee core accounting functions, and help strengthen reporting, controls, and processes. What You Will Do
  • Lead monthly and year-end close processes and oversee accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage core accounting activities, including general ledger, job costing, revenue recognition, AP, and AR.
  • Review project financials, budgets, billings, and revenue recognition calculations.
  • Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to accounting team members while partnering with operations and senior leadership.
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • 5+ years of construction accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, construction accounting, and job costing.
  • Previous accounting management and/or supervisory experience.
  • CPA designation preferred; CMA, CCIFP, or an advanced degree is also beneficial.
