Job description

Leading Construction Company is willing to pay what it takes, plus a full benefits package! First year potential is $80K+! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone career-focused and looking for a long-term leadership role with a successful company! Organized professional with attention to detail and strong communication, Excel, and financial analysis skills.


The Controller will oversee the day-to-day operations of a very successful construction company. Manage and analyze the company's P&L (Profit & Loss): revenue, expenses, margins, and overall profitability. Prepare and present accurate financial reports. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Lead month-end and year-end financial closing. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and control costs. Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures with a strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices.


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Experience overseeing financial operations with $10M+ in annual revenue. Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a controller-level role. Experience with MS Excel, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. Construction industry experience is a big plus - construction, restoration, roofing, or home-services industry.


Normal Hours: Monday - Friday, 8-5. Criminal/Drug Testing.
