To thrive as a Controller Business Manager, you need expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, accounting principles, and often a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting, with CPA or CMA certification preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial reporting software is typically required.
