Position Overview:

We are looking for an Audio/Video Service Technician with senior Control4 programming expertise. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting, installing, and programming residential AV systems, lighting control, CCTV, security systems, and configuring networks. A strong background in these areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Control4 programming and customization.- Installation and mounting of TVs and audio/visual equipment.- Replacing and configuring baluns.- Installing surveillance cameras, speakers, and soundbars.- Building and troubleshooting AV racks.- Strong knowledge and skills in networking.- Configuring and programming network equipment.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in the aforementioned tasks, with a particular emphasis on Control4 programming.- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with team members, builders, and clients.- Physical capability to lift items weighing 60+ pounds.- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining superior customer service standards.
