In this role, you will be responsible for executing fundamental installation tasks—from pre-wiring and cable termination to hanging TVs and building racks.   • Independent Execution: Successfully complete task lists, such as hanging TVs and installing equipment, independently and to company standards.
  • Rack Building: Assist in the assembly and staging of AV racks, ensuring clean and organized cable management.
  • Client Interaction: Represent the company professionally on-site, interacting with homeowners and partners with confidence and a polished demeanor.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, ensuring all work is checked for functionality and aesthetic excellence.
  • Mentorship: Assist in the guidance of entry-level technicians when on-site, sharing fundamental skills and best practices.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience working for a custom integration firm (CI).
