Job description

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
  • Installation and maintenance of electronic equipment
  • Custom Installation and setup of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/ commercial (interior and exterior)
  • Install, configure, and test various surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling etc
  • Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking in order to complete complex installations solo or as a team
  • Must be good at solving and complex installation configurations on the fly
  • Pull and terminate cables
  • Rough-in and finish work

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have clean driving record
  • Prior construction experience - knowing your way around a construction site/ home etc
  • Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax and RJ-11
  • Prior Experience installing AV industry products (tvs, racks, in-wall/ceiling items)
  • Ability to follow instruction
  • Excellent communication skills; strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb.

The right person will have in-depth knowledge and practical ability to run wire in new/existing construction - be able to mount televisions to the wall using a variety of mounts. Be able to use power tools and measure with accuracy. Other plus's are: Ability to work alone or as a team, being humble and ensuring one's work is sound. Being neat, clean and courteous.
