Control Wiring and Harnessing Specialist

Express Employment is recruiting for Vertiv in Ironton, Ohio.

Role snapshot
  • Assemble and wire electrical and electronically controlled components on control panels.
  • Route and connect wiring from panel to unit following diagrams/schematics.
  • Perform terminations: strip wire ends, crimp/connect, and label as required.
  • Neatly bundle harnesses using zip-tie tightening tools.
  • Operate common tools: hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, air guns, strippers, solder gun, cutters.
  • Assist with additional reasonable manufacturing tasks as assigned.
Minimum qualifications
  • Ability to push 50 lbs on a conveyor system.
  • Willingness to complete Wiring Certification training through Vertiv.
  • Hands-on experience with PLC wiring.
  • Background in equipment installation & wiring.
Schedule and compensation
  • Monday–Saturday schedule; currently includes mandatory overtime.
  • Starting pay: $16.80 per hour.
  • Additional $1/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.
