Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support a company focused on advanced Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) and Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2), delivering cutting-edge radar, electronic warfare, and AI-enabled defense technologies. This position is on-site at Moorestown, NJ; Camden, NJ; or Syracuse, NY. The Radar Systems Engineer will support the architecture, design, and performance analysis of high-performance AESA radar systems, contributing to mission-critical national defense initiatives. Join a high-impact team shaping next-generation radar and integrated defense capabilities. Responsibilities for the Radar Systems Engineer include: * Support architecture, design, CONOPS development, and requirements engineering for AESA radar systems
* Perform radar performance analysis, algorithm development, and technical assessments
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and interface with customers and leadership on key technical initiatives
* Support system implementation, integration, and verification activities
* Participate in technical reviews and contribute to engineering documentation and deliverables
Required Qualifications for the Radar Systems Engineer include: * 5+ years of experience (Level 3) in radar or defense systems engineering
* Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python; strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis
* Experience with radar signal processing, AESA systems, beamforming, and MBSE tools (DOORS, SysML, trade studies)

* Active Secret Clearance required
Compensation for the Radar Systems Engineer include: * Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and education
