Job description

Be a critical part of the surgical team, where precision and teamwork matter most.
We’re seeking skilled and detail‐oriented Certified Surgical Technicians to support surgical teams in delivering safe, efficient, and high‐quality patient care. If you thrive in fast‐paced operating room environments and take pride in maintaining sterile technique, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.

Schedule

  • Per Diem
  • 7a-5:30p
  • Day and/or night shifts based on surgical schedule

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare operating rooms by setting up sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment
  • Maintain sterile technique and a sterile field throughout surgical procedures
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies
  • Assist with patient positioning, draping, and preparation for surgery
  • Perform surgical counts with the circulating nurse before, during, and after procedures
  • Handle and label surgical specimens per protocol
  • Clean and prepare the operating room for subsequent cases
  • Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and surgical protocols
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR nursing staff

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience as a Surgical Technician required
  • Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgical team needs
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high‐pressure situations
  • Strong communication skills and a team‐oriented mindset
