Overnight Control Room Operator - Full Time - Hillsboro, OR

Wage: $20.80/HR

Available Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 12am-8am, Monday 10pm-6am, Tuesday & Wednesday 12am-8am

  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
  • Monitor cameras and alarms and assist with dispatching patrols.

Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

  • Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner.
  • Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
