Electrical Wiring Technician

Midway Staffing is hiring Electrical Wiring Technicians for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix. If you have experience wiring electrical equipment, reading schematics, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday | 5:00 AM โ€“ 1:30 PM | Overtime as needed
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr

Duties:

  • Wire control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and automatic transfer switches (ATS).

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions.

  • Assemble and wire electrical components, including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

  • Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of electrical assembly or manufacturing experience.

  • Experience wiring control panels, switchboards, or similar electrical equipment.

  • Ability to read wiring schematics and point-to-point diagrams.

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
