  • Perform scheduled pest treatments, inspections, and preventative services

  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners through excellent communication and dependable service

Job description

Build a Career Where Customers Know Your Name

Pestkee is a growing Arizona pest control company built by Advosy, a home services company providing the people, expertise, and services homeowners need to keep their homes protected, comfortable, and running at their best

We’re looking for a Pest Control Technician who is great with people first and great at pest control second. We want someone who can become the trusted face of Pestkee for their customers—not someone who simply shows up, sprays, and moves on to the next house.

Our best technicians build real relationships. They know their customers, communicate clearly, take pride in their work, and make homeowners feel like they’re in good hands. When it’s time to renew their service, we want the customer thinking, “Of course I’m staying with Pestkee. I love my technician.”

If you have 1–2 years of pest control experience and an Arizona license, that’s ideal. If you’re newer to the industry but have the right attitude, communication skills, work ethic, and customer-service mindset, we’re willing to train the right person and help you get licensed.

What You'll Do
  • Run a daily residential pest control route and provide safe, effective service to customers
  • Perform scheduled pest treatments, inspections, and preventative services
  • Build long-term relationships with homeowners through excellent communication and dependable service
  • Educate customers on what you’re seeing, what you’re doing, and how they can protect their home
  • Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate service records and stay organized throughout your route
  • Represent Pestkee professionally at every customer interaction
  • Look for opportunities to make the customer’s experience better—not just complete the service and leave
  • Welcome customers into the Advosy family of home services and, when appropriate, connect them with other services that could benefit their home
What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate has 1–2 years of pest control experience, preferably with an Arizona Structural Pest Control or Certified Applicator license. However, licensing is preferred, not required. We will provide paid training and help the right candidate obtain the necessary certifications.

More importantly, you should be:

  • An excellent communicator who is comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining things clearly
  • Customer-service driven and genuinely enjoys helping people
  • Friendly, professional, and confident in front of customers
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to manage a daily route without being micromanaged
  • Detail-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your results
  • Coachable, hardworking, and willing to continuously improve
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat and around insects, rodents, spiders, scorpions, and pest-control products
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • A valid Arizona driver's license with a driving record that meets our insurance requirements
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening
Experience That Will Stand Out
  • 1–2+ years of residential pest control experience
  • Arizona pest control licensing or Certified Applicator certification
  • Previous route-based or field service experience
  • Sales or customer-facing experience
  • Experience in the trades or another role where you worked independently and were responsible for outcomes
Why Pestkee?

We’re building something different. We believe a great field team should have high standards without high drama, accountability without micromanagement, and pride in the work without ego.

When you join Pestkee, you’ll get:

  • Paid hands-on training and ride-alongs when you start
  • Paid licensing and certifications if you need them
  • Company vehicle and professional tools
  • Gas card
  • Ongoing coaching and support
  • The opportunity to grow with a new and expanding pest control company
  • The backing, resources, and additional home-service opportunities of the Advosy family of companies

We care about doing things the right way. Safety and compliance matter. Customers come before shortcuts. And we believe the people doing the work should take pride in the work they put their name on.

The Technician We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything on day one. We can teach pest control.

What we can't teach as easily is the ability to walk into someone's home, communicate with confidence, make them feel comfortable, solve their problem, and leave them thinking, “I'm glad I have this person taking care of my home.”

If that's you—and you're ready to build something with us—we'd love to meet you.

Apply today to join Pestkee and help us raise the standard for pest control in the Greater Phoenix area.
