Qualifications & Experience
Total Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in the IT area.
Management Experience: At least 3-4 years of proven experience in project management positions, specifically managing mid-sized to large projects (30-80 man-months, typically leading teams of 15-25 engineers).
Education: University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration in IT (preferred).
Methodology: Expert knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience establishing tailored project processes.
Language: Advanced level of English (written and spoken).
Success Criteria
To be successful in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in at least three of the following criteria:
Fixed Price / Outcome-based commercial models.
Projects with challenging Penalties/SLA definitions.
Delivery projects including GenAI-enabled components or AI-augmented workflows.
Management of programs with high scope uncertainty or complex multi-vendor governance.
Success in accounts with no onsite delivery presence.

The accountable leader with broader authority and visibility across the full engagement lifecycle. At this level, the manager moves beyond standard delivery to own high-stakes engagements characterized by value-based models like Output, Outcome, Fixed Price or Managed Services, these programs generally focus on high value opportunities for our clients and come with scope uncertainty, multiple stakeholders, emerging technology and aggressive SLA structures. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams in a hybrid onsite/remote environment, ensuring that innovative GenAI-driven deliverables meet stringent quality and performance benchmarks.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in the US is 160,000 to 220,000 and reflects base salary only.
