Description

USEMCO Inc. is looking to hire a PLC Programmer to join our team. As a PLC Programmer, you play an essential role in providing project electrical engineering and design services that relate to our pump station control systems. You design and implement controls programs for both PLC and HMI as well as select the appropriate hardware that fulfills our customer's specifications. As needed, you provide technical support for our field service technicians as they perform start-up or repair and installation services for our control systems.


1st Shift/Full-Time: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Monday - Friday

Competitive Starting Pay: $30.00/hr., BOE

Working Conditions: Not a remote position

Location: Tomah, WI 54660

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of PLC programming experience, including projects from college
  • Ability to apply engineering concepts and perform engineering calculations relating to control system designs for the water and wastewater industry
  • Knowledge about using test equipment such as multi-electrical meters and oscilloscopes
