Major Account Sales Manager - Wisconsin & Illinois

James Imaging Systems has spent close to 50 years building something most companies only talk about: genuine trust with enterprise clients across the Midwest. Now we're looking for the leader who will take that trust - and the largest revenue portfolio in our company - to the next level.

This is a rare seat. You'll own the enterprise territory across Wisconsin and Illinois, lead a team of tenured Major Account Executives, and carry the strategic weight of our most consequential client relationships.

What You'll Own

  • Full P&L ownership of the Major Accounts division across WI & IL
  • Leadership and development of a seasoned enterprise sales team
  • C-suite and executive relationships with the region's most important organizations
  • Cross-sell strategy across Managed Print Services, Software Automation Solutions, production equipment & beyond
  • Revenue forecasting, pipeline discipline, and performance cadences that inspire confidence up the chain
  • Competitive intelligence and new market expansion

What You Bring

  • A proven track record of growing enterprise or major account revenue - consistently, not once
  • Deep fluency in office technology, MPS, document management, or B2B enterprise solutions
  • Executive presence that earns credibility in the boardroom and loyalty on the sales floor
  • Data-driven leadership - tight forecasts, sharp coaching, clear accountability
  • The ability to develop senior sellers who've heard every pitch - and find new angles anyway
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated performance always speaks louder

What's In It For You

  • Highly competitive base salary + performance bonus tied to the metrics you control
  • Full benefits: medical, dental, and vision
  • Real advancement - a growing company where strong leaders move up
  • A family-oriented culture that is loyal to the people who deliver results
  • 50 years of brand equity and client trust working in your favor from day on

Expected target earnings is 150-250k
