What is contractual window screen repair?

Contractual window screen repair refers to a service agreement where a professional or company is hired to fix, replace, or maintain window screens on a contractual basis. This means the work is performed according to the terms outlined in a contract, which may cover a specific period, number of visits, or types of repairs. Such contracts are common for property managers, landlords, or commercial building owners who need regular maintenance.
