Weekend RN Supervisor

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., with rotating holidays

Pay Range: $38–$44 per hour

Position Summary

The Weekend RN Supervisor oversees and delivers highquality nursing care to meet the needs of our residents. This role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily care activities, supporting residents and families, documenting health status, contributing to care plans, administering medications, and performing skilled nursing procedures. The RN Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment.

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky or multistate compact license

  • CPR certification

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret regulations

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to direct and support staff

  • Courteous, professional, and residentfocused demeanor

  • Must meet physical requirements

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision and guidance to assigned nursing staff

  • Deliver direct nursing care to residents as needed

  • Participate in the admission and onboarding of new residents

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and support independence

  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident call systems

  • Identify changes in residents’ medical or behavioral conditions and update care plans accordingly

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ongoing assessments

  • Demonstrate hospitality and uphold core values of quality, respect, service, and integrity
