Job Details

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (Overtime available)

Pay: $22 - $23

Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Supports daily dispensing, inventory, and administrative workflows using established procedures and standard controls.
Monitors medication and supply levels and coordinates replenishment, storage, and product rotation to maintain availability and reduce waste.
Handles routine customer, patient, and operational requests and escalates exceptions requiring pharmacist review.
Uses pharmacy systems and digital tools to process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
Performs routine quality checks on transactions, stock activities, and prepared materials to support accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.
Maintains organized work areas, follows documentation standards, and contributes to workflow consistency and efficiency.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, dispensing support, healthcare support, inventory handling, customer service, or a related field required. Certification in pharmacy assistance, medication dispensing support, inventory control, healthcare support, or equivalent preferred. What Cencora offers
