This role offers the opportunity to contribute across the software development lifecycle while strengthening your expertise in modern application development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and financial services technology. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, business-focused solutions.

  • Experience working within Agile development teams and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate technical challenges, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and technology stakeholders
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic delivery environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Experience with cloud platforms or cloud-native development, including AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience supporting investment management, capital markets, trading, or asset management technology environments
  • Experience building portfolio optimization or quantitative investment solutions using tools such as Axioma, Gurobi, or similar optimization platforms
  • Knowledge of options trading strategies, derivatives, or other financial markets products
  • Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines
  • Ability to thrive in highly collaborative, self-managed Agile teams while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and a growth mindset focused on continuous learning and technology innovation

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
