The Opportunity: Stafford Lawrence Ltd is exclusively headhunting an Associate Director of Cost for a permanent position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is a world-class Construction Cost Consultancy at the forefront of the Middle East’s most prestigious developments.

This role is specifically for a high-calibre professional with extensive experience in Cost Plus Contracts to lead on-site teams for High-End Luxury Residential projects and Royal Palaces. This is a demanding, high-reward position requiring a six-day working week and the gravitas to manage senior-level client relationships.

• Professional Status: MRICS Chartered Status is essential (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).
• Education: A BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized Western University (3-year study minimum).
• Contractual Expertise: Mandatory, in-depth experience with Cost PLUS Contracts.
• Sector Experience: Proven track record in High-End Luxury Hotels, Resorts, or Palaces.
• Experience: Current or recent experience as an Associate Director (or equivalent) within a Construction Cost Consultancy.
• Commitment: Availability to mobilize within one month and the desire to work a six-day week.

• Tax-Free Basic: 60,000 – 67,000 SAR per month.
• Overtime: Significant additional payments for the 6th working day.
