Job description

Looking for an FP&A role where you’re not just reporting numbers—but building the tools and insights leaders rely on to make real decisions? This is a high-impact opportunity to create, innovate, and influence at a fast-growing consumer brand.
Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Salary: $110K–$125K base
Fully Remote
Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
• True ownership—build dashboards, models, and reporting tools from the ground up (not just maintain legacy work)
• Direct visibility to senior leadership and the board—your insights drive business decisions
Opportunity to introduce new technologies, processes, or tools that make finance more efficient and impactful
• Work that goes beyond reporting—your analysis directly shapes strategy and measurable outcomes
• Fast-growing consumer brand with strong momentum and room for innovation
• Broad scope across forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analytics
• Collaborative, down-to-earth culture that values curiosity, humility, and a sense of humor
• Fully remote environment with flexibility and trust
Key Responsibilities for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
• Own and enhance financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Build and evolve KPI dashboards across revenue, margin, channels, and operations
• Develop original financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate business activity into actionable insights
• Deliver clear variance analysis, trends, and leadership-ready financial narratives
• Support executive and board-level materials with high-impact analysis
Qualifications for the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager:
• 5+ years of FP&A, consulting, banking, or high-growth industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong financial modeling experience with tools you’ve built yourself
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Proven experience presenting insights to senior leadership
• Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
