This position is structured to allow for flexibility, as it is a remote outpatient role located in Henderson, Nevada. You will mainly work from a home office, utilizing telehealth technology to provide counseling services while maintaining a strong connection with clients and team members. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the specific mental health needs of patients and to guide treatment planning.
• Maintain open lines of communication among supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians regarding client progress.
• Develop and distribute a work plan that outlines scheduled appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor client progress effectively.
• Facilitate home visits to carry out necessary evaluations, including observations, chart reviews, and data analysis.
• Ensure adherence to the established program plan, evaluating its effectiveness and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to collaborate with fellow professionals and share insights about client care.
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to accurately document client advancements.
• Organize training sessions aimed at enhancing team members' competencies in program implementation and documentation protocols.
• Provide continuous follow-up via interviews, home visits, and observations to monitor and support client needs beyond initial appointments.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to ensure that information is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Act as a public liaison, promoting the goals and services of the mental health community through outreach and educational initiatives.
• Assist in the development of training materials to enhance program initiatives and client services.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in our organization, you will work with a diverse population that includes children, teens, and adults. Your role will require you to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, addressing various conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards governing counseling and mental health practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and familiarity with related technologies is required to maintain accurate patient documentation.

We prefer candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities and settings, particularly those that enhance your ability to relate to and support our varied clientele. • The salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
