Description -
Job Summary
• This role is responsible for ensuring we are operating our Azure environment in the best condition to ebsure we respect HP CyberSecurity rules, IT rules and delivering a full operationnal environment to our center's managers.
Responsibilities
1- Azure Tenant management
• Ensure compliance with all HP policies
• Create and maintain accounts for CWC Market
• Collaborate with HP stakeholders to renew annual licenses (including PO process and execution)
• Obtain and maintain all necessary Azure certifications as the CWC Trusted Advisor
2- Security & Future Readiness
• Participate in workshops with Cybersecurity and IT teams to foster collaboration
• Prepare technical documentation (NCS, technical schematics) for execution and maintenance
• Generate documentation for users, groups, exceptions, and applications
3-Customer Experience Expansion
• Build relationships with Solution and Technical Leads to address business needs and develop new experiences
• Participate in the design of new experiences involving the HP Demos.net tenant
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation accessible to CWC managers
4-Network Management
• Oversee network maintenance contracts with IT suppliers to ensure deliverables
• Maintain operational status of wired and Wi-Fi networks
• Support application engineers with firewall rules
• Troubleshoot and resolve CWC application issues
• Prepare server recovery plans and drive progression strategies
Education & Experience Recommended
