  • Own end-to-end development of high-impact features across the stack, from design through launch
  • Build systems that streamline parsing, standardization, and movement of complex financial data
  • Deliver client-facing, mission-critical features, including responsible AI/LLM-powered workflow automation
  • Develop functionality for document review, data verification, and data integrity
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Leadership, the Tech Lead, and C-Suite stakeholders to shape the roadmap
  • Build and refine internal tooling to maintain team productivity and velocity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, validate client expectations, and ensure impactful delivery
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering production systems
  • Expertise in Python/Flask, TypeScript/React, Tailwind CSS, data warehouses, and tools for data and AI, or similar technologies
  • Experience participating in a rotating on-call shift, including investigating, triaging, and resolving immediate production issues
  • Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for end-to-end initiatives
  • Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on tight feedback loops
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-autonomy environments
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI and LLM technologies, focused on responsible production use
  • Excellent communication skills
