Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Student Intern.
In this role, the successful candidate The Student Research Intern will support research projects focused on blood-based biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease and related disorders within the NYU Grossman School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and harmonize research datasets (e.g., ADNI).
• Perform statistical analyses of biomarker, neuroimaging, and cognitive data.
• Generate figures, tables, and data visualizations.
• Conduct literature reviews and assist with manuscript preparation.
• Present findings at research meetings and contribute to abstracts and publications.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Medical student, graduate student, or advanced undergraduate with strong quantitative skills.
Interest in Alzheimer's disease, biomarkers, aging, or neuroscience research.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with R, Python, SAS, or similar statistical software preferred.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $17.00 - $17.00 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
