Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee complex, cross-functional technology and data initiatives for enterprise clients. This role will own end-to-end delivery across platform integrations, analytics solutions, and digital product development-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic business outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong stakeholder communication, technical fluency, structured execution in tools like Jira, and the ability to scale delivery processes in fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project & Program Delivery
    • Lead multiple concurrent technology and data projects from discovery through launch and post-implementation optimization

    • Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and delivery outcomes

    • Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization

    Stakeholder & Client Leadership
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client leadership

    • Present regular status updates covering progress, risks, budgets, blockers, and roadmap adjustments

    • Manage escalations, align priorities, and maintain strong long-term client partnerships

    Process & Execution Excellence
    • Design and maintain Jira (or equivalent) project structures, workflows, and reporting frameworks

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, or program management within:

    • Technology consulting

    • Financial services / fintech

    • Data platforms, analytics, or SaaS environments

  • Proven experience leading complex platform implementations or system integrations

  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools

  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ownership of budgets, timelines, and multi-team delivery
