Job Scope

The M&A Integration Program Manager leads the execution of mergers, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and business transformation initiatives across Acumed's global organization. This role is responsible for coordinating due diligence, integration planning, governance, and post-close activities to ensure successful execution and alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead due diligence and integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external advisors throughout diligence and integration activities.
  • Manage project schedules, risk logs, issue tracking, action items, and executive status reporting.
  • Develop and drive Day 1, Day 30, and Day 90 integration readiness plans.
  • Monitor integration progress, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Facilitate workstream meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updates.
  • Track integration budgets and project expenditures.
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational readiness, communication, and operational transitions.
  • Maintain governance processes, templates, and documentation standards.
  • Support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives and strategic projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience supporting M&A due diligence, post-merger integration, business transformation, or consulting engagements required.
  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, budget tracking, and executive reporting.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with global teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred.
  • Experience supporting enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, QMS, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with cross-border integrations or European operations preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
