The Opportunity:

We are looking for experienced and dependable Deck Installer Subcontractors to support our growing workload. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and finishing decks according to project plans and client specifications. This role is ideal for independent contractors who have their own tools, equipment, and expertise in delivering high-quality outdoor construction work.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Install replacement windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.
  • Provide customers with information on the care, upkeep, and function of their replacement windows.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a window and door installer or subcontractor in residential construction.
  • Must have your own tools (can discuss further).
  • Reliable transportation for transporting products safely to work locations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Must carry general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
  • Must be EPA certified for Lead-Safe jobs. Not certified yet? No worries — we'll schedule a class and help you get certified.
