We are now hiring for a full-time Pathways to Success Clinical Program Supervisor to join our Merrionette Park Team!

SALARY: Compensation is commensurate with years of related experience, position requirements, and candidate qualifications. The average salary for the position is up to $72,000.

$1,500 Signing Bonus (for first time employees with MFS! $500 on the first/second paycheck and $1,000 after completing six months of employment)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the behavioral health program including items related to service, community groups and personnel matters.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of services. Keeps abreast of client service needs and participates in planning for them.
  • Responsible for all personnel matters within program including hiring, employee relations, performance improvement, assigning, and terminating of staff. Identifies for Director, leadership potential of program staff.
  • Writes program's annual and long-range plans. Participates in developing unit's annual and long-range plan.
  • Recommends program budget to the Director.
  • Assures appropriate integrations of multi-service, multi-disciplinary, and systems approach to program.
  • Develops and maintains contacts with community groups relating to program needs.
  • Works collaboratively with community agencies, organizations, and institutions.
  • Works collaboratively with other program supervisors in unit to carry out unit goals.
  • Works effectively with diverse staff and service population.
  • May be responsible for meeting contractual requirements such as 24-hour coverage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university required.
  • Five (5) years of post-graduate counseling or social work experience with increasing levels of responsibility required.
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Must have access to a vehicle, valid driver's license and proof of insurance to perform essential job functions, required.
  • Employment with MFS requires proof of vaccination or an approved Medical exemption, required.
  • Demonstrated superior skills with families or communities.
  • Demonstrated competence in consultation, teaching, and writing.
  • Requires mobility to work in the community with assigned caseload.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Satisfactorily pass all relevant screenings and criminal background checks.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing and viewing a computer terminal.
