§ Title: Global Infrastructure & Construction Attorney | Mid to Senior

§ Salary: $260,000 to $420,000+ Base Compensation

§ Schedule: Fulltime, Direct-Hire, Minimum 1,850 hours annual billed target

Ranked globally in Tier 1 for project development, this firm is the architecture behind some of the most capital-intensive energy and mining projects on the planet. They offer a highly collaborative, cross-border environment where attorneys shape the physical landscape of the global economy, providing unparalleled opportunities for professional ascension.


§ Duties: The incoming attorney will act as a foundational legal advisor for colossal infrastructure and energy developments, routinely valued in the billions. This involves crafting the foundational contractual matrix that dictates the execution of massive physical works, ensuring risk is meticulously allocated and commercial objectives are safeguarded. Core responsibilities encompass: ⨖ Drafting and aggressively negotiating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts for monumental international projects. ⨖ Structuring complex joint venture agreements and consortium arrangements for multi-national development entities. ⨖ Advising on project administration, claims avoidance, and dispute mitigation during the active lifecycle of construction. ⨖ Engaging directly with engineering teams and project managers to align legal documentation with technical realities on the ground.


§ Qualifications: The demands of this role require an attorney with highly specific industry expertise. ⨖ Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with exemplary academic standing. ⨖ Three (3) to Seven Plus (7+) Years of dedicated experience in construction law and complex project documentation. ⨖ Active Bar License in the jurisdiction of the chosen office. ⨖ Demonstrated history of handling front-end transactional documentation for large-scale capital projects.


§ Skills: Candidates possessing the following will be given distinct preference: ⨖ A prior professional background or undergraduate degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering. ⨖ Familiarity with international contracting standards such as FIDIC or NEC. ⨖ A nuanced understanding of project finance mechanics and how they intersect with construction deliverables.
