  • The role is based on our Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of Workplace Operations across the Americas, ensuring all locations consistently deliver safe,inspiringand high-performing workplaces that reflectThe LEGO Group's workplace strategy and standards.

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational support across a regional portfolio including Boston, Mexico City, Monterrey,Tempeand Sao Paulo, balancing local operational needs with global priorities.

  • Develop, coach and support regional Workplace teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuousimprovementand employee wellbeing.

  • Partner with local Workplace Specialists and Facility Management providers to ensure operational excellence, consistent servicedeliveryand effective issue resolution across all sites.

  • Drive regional workplace strategy byidentifyingopportunities to improve processes, optimise services, increaseefficiencyand enhance the overall employee experience.

  • Represent the Americas within the Global Workplace Operations& Experience(WOX) Leadership Team, contributing to the development and implementation of global operational priorities,standardsand best practices.

  • Lead regional planning,governanceand performance management through operational reviews, KPI reporting, budgetoversightand continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the mobilisation of new offices, workplacetransformationsand major projects, ensuring locations are operationally ready and aligned to global workplace standards.

  • Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, HubCouncilsand key stakeholders to ensure Workplace Operations continues to support wider businessobjectives.

  • Provide strategic oversight of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) partners, driving service excellence, contractual performance,innovationand value across the region.

  • Champion employee engagement by supporting community initiatives, workplace events and activities that strengthenourculture and create vibrant, collaborative workplaces.

  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, health and safety requirements and corporate policies,maintaininghigh operational standards across every location.

  • Act as a regional escalation point for operational issues, providing leadership,guidanceand support to local teams during periods of change or business-critical activity.

  • Contribute to the evolution of global Workplace Operations& Experienceby sharing regional insights, lessons learned and innovative ideas that can be adopted across the wider organisation.

AsHead of Workplace Operationsfor the Americas, you will lead the operational performance and strategic development of a diverse portfolio of workplaces across North and South America. Working closely with local Workplace teams, businessleadersand external partners, you will ensure every location delivers an exceptional employee experience whilemaintainingconsistent global standards.

This role combines operational leadership, people management and strategic thinking. Alongside supporting the day-to-day success of each location, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of Workplace Operations through your participation in the Global Workplace Operations& Experience(WOX) Leadership Team. You will helpestablishregional priorities, contribute to globalinitiativesand ensure that the Americas continues to deliver againstourworkplace ambitions.

Success in this role requires someone who can confidentlyoperateat both strategic and operational levels,equally comfortable supporting local teams with immediate operational challenges as influencing long-term regional planning, organisationalchangeand workplace innovation.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Proven experience leading Workplaces, Facilities or Corporate Real Estate operations across multiple sites or regions.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing high-performing teams, creating an environment focused on engagement,wellbeingand continuous improvement.

  • Extensive experience working with Integrated Facility Management (IFM) providers, driving operational performance,governanceand supplier relationships.

  • Strong understanding of workplaceoperationalstrategy, facilities management, workplaceexperienceand operational excellence within a global organisation.

  • Experience leading workplace transformations, office openings,relocationsand operational mobilisation projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation, including senior leadership.

  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with experience managing budgets, performancemetricsand operational reporting.

  • Experience working within global or matrix organisations, balancing regional priorities with global standards.

  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams across multiple countries and cultures.

  • A proactive,collaborativeand solutions-focused approach, with a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.

  • This role provides regional responsibility for Workplace Operations across Boston, Mexico City, Monterrey,Tempeand Sao Paulo.

  • Reporting into the Global Head of Workplace Operations& Experiencein Billund, Denmark.

  • International travel will berequiredto support teams, buildrelationshipsand ensure operational excellence across the region.

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $150,921.00 - $226,381.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
