We are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to providing employees work-life balance with a competitive compensation package including: Top wages Salary range between $50K-70K, depending on experience Benefit coverage for you and your dependents Employer RRSP contributions (no match required) Employee Share Ownership Vacation and Sick/FR days We currently have an opening in Mississauga, ON for a: Shop Administrator The Shop Administrator is responsible for maintaining equipment and material tracking systems, supporting purchasing and invoicing processes, coordinating vehicle and driver programs, and ensuring accurate documentation and record management.

How will you contribute to the team. To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Maintain equipment and material tracking information. Support the Shop Coordinator with equipment and material requests from project sites, including purchasing and receiving activities.

Administer and track company gas cards and 407 transponders. Allocate shop charges to projects. Collect, maintain, and electronically file required shop documentation.

Support the preventative maintenance program by updating maintenance records and information. Administer shop purchase orders and process invoice coding. Manage the fuel monitoring program and related equipment.

Process monthly corporate Mastercard billing and reconciliations. Ensure Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) are current and accessible for all products and materials used within the shop. Coordinate defensive driving training for employees assigned company vehicles and other authorized drivers.

Education and Experience: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role. Previous experience in a construction or trades environment is considered an asset.

Purchasing or procurement administration experience is an asset. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Working Conditions: Primarily based in a shop office and yard environment. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required. Think you're the right fit.
