Job description

Our client, a top-tier Financial Services Start-up, is looking for a Legal Admin to join their Legal team. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity where you'll be responsible for managing contract workflows from intake to signing to renewal, organizing and cataloguing legal documents and other ad-hoc projects. Reporting to the General Counsel, the Legal Admin will play an integral role in ensuring the organization meets its financial and strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing primarily:
• Managing the workflow and lifecycle of all contracts the company enters into.
• llocating and helping to prioritize tasks for the Legal team.
• Coordinating the collection of sensitive information from control persons and responding to various document requests from business partners and regulators.
• cting as a liaison between the Legal department and other functional areas of the company, including Finance, Regulatory Affairs, IT/Security, Marketing and others.
• Coordinate all board and committee meetings.
• Creating and maintaining organizational structure of electronic files.
• Ensuring all legal records are filed appropriately, with key contractual data entered into a contract management system.
Required qualifications:
• Undergraduate degree.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience utilizing Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Keen eye for detail and organizational skills.
