This role is deeply collaborative, partnering with HRBPs and HR leaders to address complex talent, workforce, and business questions through data.
By combining strong business acumen with sophisticated analytical capabilities, the Principal HR Data Analyst transforms complex workforce data into clear insights, forecasts, scenarios, and recommendations that support critical business decisions. The role will contribute to both established and emerging analytical priorities, including workforce growth, compensation and workforce cost, hiring and attrition, and other high-impact talent initiatives.
