WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
  • Adhere to safety / OSHA regulations
  • Learn and apply Lean Principles
  • Unloading/loading installation trucks
  • Work with vendors and suppliers
  • Site runs to supply needed materials to the various job sites around the San Diego area and beyond
  • Materials pickup
  • Receiving orders
  • Staging of construction materials for installation crews
  • Window fabrication and final assembly
  • Maintain clean working areas

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
  • Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others - Being a team player is a must!
  • Professional appearance and manner
  • Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation
  • Ability to accurately gather materials for specific orders

  • Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials required
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects

  • Forklift certified is preferred but willing to train
  • Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred
  • Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required

  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
