Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Plumber with excellent customer service abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will own tools for the trade and have at least 2 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Responsibilities of this position include proper diagnosis of plumbing issues, timely and complete service and repair calls, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

We provide growth opportunities with specialized training, as well as collaboration with experienced team leaders and managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose plumbing issues, including water leaks and stoppages, and determine appropriate repair or replacement actions.
  • Perform installation, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures and systems such as faucets, toilets, shower valves, water heaters, and associated piping.
  • Pull and reset toilets as needed (including removal, replacement, and proper sealing).
  • Install shower valves and other plumbing fixture valves (i.e., diverter valves, mixing valves).
  • Diagnose and clear drain line stoppages and blockages (using snaking, jetting, augers, as appropriate).
  • Communicate with dispatch and other team members throughout the day regarding job status, parts needed, and completion updates.
  • Work independently on assigned jobs while ensuring completeness, minimal callbacks, and compliance with company quality standards.
  • Maintain strong customer service and communication skills: explain issues and proposed solutions clearly to customers, respect their property, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Knowledge of toilets, faucets, valves, and the ability to identify parts and recommend replacements when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
  • Experience working in high-rise buildings is a plus.
  • Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.
  • Basic A/C knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Clean background and Drug free
  • Fluency in English. Bilingual is a plus
