Tell us about the unit(s):
Number of Beds: Free-Standing ED only (no OP or IP imaging)
Number of Staff: 1 CT/RAD Tech per shift
Type of Staff:
o Day Shift: Yes
o Night Shift: Yes
Patient Ratios (Estimated) - 1 Tech per shift (avg 10-20 CT rad exams per shift)
Type of Equipment: Client 64 Slice CT, Client Digital X-ray, Client portable x-ray
Documentation System: Meditech
Call Requirements: 2 Call shifts per month
Typical Hiring Profile
Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH)
ARRT Rad Tech Certification
SCQRSA Certification (SC Rad Tech license)
CT certification preferred CT experience / knowledge required.
BLS
List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):
Routine CT and Diagnostic X-ray procedures for small free-standing ED
Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)
Must be proficient in both CT and Diagnostic radiology
Dress Code:
Scrub Color Charcoal Grey
