  • Direct and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams of analysts, consultants, and engineers; plan, organize, and communicate project personnel needs to department management.
  • Ensure QA/QC process adherence; lead project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits and assessments.
  • Oversee documentation management, including submittals, change orders, records, and contract closeout.
  • Prepare, manage, and present reports on scheduling, budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and overall project status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Manage communications with governmental, industry, and public entities on project-related matters.
  • Develop the plan for turnover documentation, project closeout, and recordkeeping/retention processes and procedures.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and instruction across disciplines and global practices; facilitate effective, cost-efficient utilization of staff.
  • Champion internal initiatives that promote team growth, technical excellence, and a culture of safety and quality.

Technical Responsibilities
