Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. They are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer responsible for the technical and functional development and maintenance of support systems, focusing on transitioning legacy systems to a .NET-based technology stack.
Responsibilities:
• responsible for the technical and functional development and maintenance of support systems from user requests through the business objective statement, business process definition, requirements definition, full system construction, implementation and post-implementation review and maintenance.
• assist with the research, integration, development and implementation of tools, technologies, methods, and systems, which expand or enhance delivery of DMV services directly to customers, employees, and business partners.
• primarily focus on the transitioning of legacy systems from the agency’s mainframe to a .NET-based technology stack.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on experience in .NET development, with current working experience in C# and/or VB.NET, for application design, coding, and maintenance.
• Current working experience in UI/UX design using Angular.
• Good understanding of Agile development methodologies and software lifecycle processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) protocols to ensure quality and compliance.
• Experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end system integrations.
• Current working experience using web development and performance testing tools such as Postman, Node.js, Node Package Manager, and Visual Studio Code.
• Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience documenting code and processes via technical writing and diagrams.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with SQL Server databases (table design, writing SQL, working with stored procedures, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Experience in system integration, technical troubleshooting, and creating scalable solutions.
• Experience mentoring and guiding team members, fostering knowledge sharing, and enhancing technical skills within the team.
• Knowledge of secure application development practices, including familiarity with DMV security policies.
• Background in public sector or regulated environments, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
