Full Stack Java Developer

Location: NY, NJ, GA, VA, TX, WA, CA

Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:

Resource should have 10+ years of experience. The candidate will work as part of an agile team using existing and emerging technology platforms to design, code, test, implement, and document technically detailed applications. S/he writes new complex systems, designs and codes programs, and creates test transactions. S/he also analyzes organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems. Provides application software development services or technical support in situations of moderate complexity. May also be responsible for requirements gathering and BRD/SRD preparation. Has thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Conducts reviews of the test Plan and test Data.

Tech Stack:

  • Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, JSON, Angular, REST APIs, Python, Oracle (or relational DB), DevOps processes (CI/CD tools, Git, etc), messaging frameworks like Kafka or IBM MQ, and microservices architecture.
  • The candidates should have functional knowledge, relevant skills, and experience in the financial industry and accounting working in agile teams.
  • Bonus if they have experience with products such as Eagle, InvestOne, and Milestone, as well as exposure to AI -data extraction and loading for AI applications.
