Information Technology - ERP Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA, Aerospace & Defense)
Location: Orlando, FL, 32825, United States
About the Role
Join our dynamic IT team as an ERP Business Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA solutions for aerospace and defense operations. You'll play a pivotal role in streamlining critical government delivery processes, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving system enhancements that support complex contractual requirements. This position provides exposure to high-impact projects, opportunities to work with cutting-edge ERP technologies, and avenues for professional advancement within a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the IT Business Analyst for Customer Sell-Off / DD250 processes, ensuring seamless contractual delivery in aerospace and defense projects.
- Partner with SAP TM and Logistics Execution teams to design and optimize integrated workflows connecting production, quality, and transportation systems.
- Define and document robust functional requirements for DD250 data capture, approval, and digital transmission in compliance with government standards.
- Lead integration testing, data validation, and audit compliance activities related to government sell-off and delivery documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Program Management, and Export/Trade Compliance to align process and data standards.
- Ensure full traceability and accuracy of serialized deliveries from production order completion through government acceptance.
- Manage requirements, user stories, and backlog prioritization using Jira and Focused Build.
- Facilitate functional reviews and design walkthroughs with technical developers and business stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years as a functional or business analyst supporting SAP S/4HANA in aerospace and defense manufacturing or logistics.
- In-depth expertise with Customer Sell-Off, DD250 processing, or equivalent defense acceptance documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, especially integration with Transportation Management (TM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Strong understanding of Government Furnished Property (GFP), Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), and DCMA acceptance procedures.
- Demonstrated experience using Jira and Focused Build for requirements management and agile execution.
- Proven track record of independently driving cross-functional design, test coordination, and solution delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Experience aligning with Quality Assurance and Export/Trade Compliance teams.
- Familiarity with government audit and compliance standards.
- Advanced skills in production, quality, and transportation data workflows.
