Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) – 4-Day Schedule | $80K–$95K+ | Jacksonville, FL Concierge Home Care | Jacksonville, FL 32256

Earn $80K–$95K + annually

4-day schedule: Wednesday–Saturday OR Sunday–Wednesday

1:1 patient care with full autonomy

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in the Jacksonville area . This modified full-time role is designed for nurses who want more flexibility, fewer workdays, and higher earning potential—without sacrificing patient care quality.

Your Role as a Home Health RN
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting
  • Develop and manage individualized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care and patient/caregiver education

  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed

Qualifications
