Job description
HR Admin Assistant
Location: Providence, RI 02906 Shift: 8 Hours Days /32 Hours Guaranteed Duration: 13 Contract Pay Rate: $27/Hour
Education- High School Diploma (required)
- At least one year of college or business school (preferred, especially with a focus on administrative or secretarial procedures)
- 3–4 years of clerical or administrative support experience
- (Preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting)
- Experience handling secretarial duties such as:
- Typing, filing, call screening
- Data entry and report preparation
- Background in medical office procedures is a strong plus
