We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support payroll-related record management for a Contract position based in Decatur, Georgia. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial and personnel data, ensure budget information is entered correctly, and keep documentation organized for timely processing. This opportunity is well suited for someone who works carefully with numbers, is comfortable with high-volume data tasks, and can collaborate effectively in an education-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
• Enter budget code information into payroll and related systems with a high degree of accuracy
• Review records carefully to confirm payroll data is assigned to the correct fields and categories
• Submit and track budget documentation to help meet internal deadlines and processing timelines
• Maintain organized digital records and update information as needed to support payroll administration
• Use Google Workspace tools to manage files, prepare documentation, and coordinate data entry tasks
• Assist with data validation by identifying discrepancies and correcting errors in a timely manner
• Support administrative processes connected to the Harris Solutions payroll platform as required• Experience in data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail
