Job description

Conversion Crew

Under the direction of the Operations Manager the part-time Conversion Crew is responsible for the event setups and changeover of the Center on an event-to-event basis to ensure complete adherence to the event schedule as well as tenant contractual specifications and requirements.

We have daytime shifts, nights and weekends.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00.

Functions
  • Responsible for the physical setup of all areas around the Arena including chairs, tables, staging, furnishings and equipment for sporting and live events
  • Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing, cleaning, and maintaining changeover equipment
  • Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
  • Exhibit willingness to work a flexible schedule consisting of nights and weekends.
  • Work effectively in a heavily team-based environment.
  • Be reliable, honest, dependable, and punctual.
  • Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and their uses
  • Good physical condition and health, sufficient strength and stamina needed for heavy, awkward, and repeated lifting of up to 50 pounds, capable of occasionally performing heavy manual labor.
